1 – ERASMUS EVENTS

To meet people in Barcelona is like taking candy from a baby, especially if you are on a student exchange program. There are dozens of groups on Facebook, promoting events every single day. Not only night life but many interesting activities: 1 day trips, international dinners etc.
Even if you are not an Erasmus student you could join their meetings.  You won’t get a discount on your drink but it’s worth it, no?

2 – MEETUP GROUPS

MEETUP is a huge network of local groups, very active in Barcelona with over 30 groups. It is be a very easy way to meet people in Barcelona, especially if you’re interested in language exchanges, but also sports, nature and much more. No worries, if they have no Jeet Kune Do group yet, you could start it and invite other members!

3 – COUCHSURFING ACTIVITIES

Couchsurfing is a religion for many backpackers and young travelers from all over the world.  Browse the Barcelona meet ups they have: Sunday brunches, football matches, international dinners… Maybe sleeping on someone else’s couch works only for a couple of days, but it’s still a great system for making new friends.
