Barcelona Radio

The other day we visited Barcelona radio station BarcelonaCity FM, the first and one of the only english speaking radio stations in Barcelona. If you are a non-native Spanish speaker this radio station is a good media outlet. Not only are they the only english speaking Barcelona radio station but they are also the only Barcelona radio station to give the local news in english. Working with 65 Dj's, BarcelonaCity FM have created an interactive experience with their listeners. Using radio, SoundCloud, MixCloud, and live streaming on Facebook they have been able to reach a large international audience in Barcelona.

From 9am-9pm they focus on People, Music, and Chat featuring segments such as Barcelona People with Jim Kent and The Full English Breakfast with Anarosa. After 9pm 107.3 FM is the sound of Barcelona. During these hours they are playing a series of House and EDM shows. Some of the best house music Djs in the city have been on air with them. You can listen to these shows and segments live on 107.3FM.
